Your programme will begin with an intake consultation. The Ayurveda doctor will determine your dosha type (body type) and establish a treatment plan. For the rest of your stay, you will be treated by the same therapist / masseur as much as possible.

What’s on the menu
The food is vegetarian and wholly Aurvedic. It's grown locally and you can expect a delicious selection of curries, soups and salads. Each section of the buffet is labelled with the dosha that is it suitable for so that you can easily choose the correct ones for your dosha (a doctor will diagnose this at the start of your stay). There is also an a la carte menu.
